9. When asked, “Does your school have access to ICT tools
(computers, tablets, internet)?”, 80.11% of the teachers responded
affirmatively, while 19.89% said no. This indicates that a significant
majority of schools in District Budgam have access to ICT tools,
though there is still a portion that lacks such resources (Figure
4.9).
