RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
30. When school principals and headmasters were asked, To what
extent do you agree that a grading system reduces stress among
students? Among principals, 58.2% agree, 31.37% strongly
agree, and 9.08% disagree that a grading system reduces stress
among students. The majority of principals (89.57%) believe that
a grading system reduces student stress, indicating widespread
support for its stress-reducing potential (Figure 4.30).
