SUGGESTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

report along with learning objectives and new updates, which
should be shared with all others.
20. Training opportunity should be provided to all teachers
instead of a selected few: Many teachers have complained
during surveys that the same individuals are repeatedly selected
for training programs, leaving others out. This happens because
authorities fail to update nomination lists in their records. All
teachers should get a fair chance to attend these trainings.
21. To address these challenges, SCERTs and DIETs must
prioritize consistent follow-ups, effective training programs,
and interventions aimed at changing the mindset of resistant
teachers. A conducive environment must be created where
teachers feel valued and supported, which is vital for aligning
all educators with the transformative goals of NEP 2020.

AT LOCAL LEVEL - BY CEO OFFICE

22. Allocating resources judiciously: Almost in entire district
there is a issue that Hindi books have been issued to libraires
despite the fact that they are not promoted at the school level
and consequently the students are not studying Hindi. This
mismatch in resource allocation highlights the need for a
thorough assessment of students’ language preferences and
requirements before distributing books. The “Rashtrabhasha”
department should conduct regular interventions at the school
level to ensure that the students and teachers understand the
      importance of knowing Hindi too.
