       23.	 When school principals and headmasters were asked how
             effective they find skill-based learning in improving students’
             practical knowledge, 33.33% rated it as Very Effective,
             35.29% considered it Effective, and 31.37% remained
             Neutral. This indicates that most respondents acknowledge
             the positive impact of skill-based learning, though some
             remain uncertain about its effectiveness (Figure 4.23).
