RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

24.	 When principals were asked about teachers’ preparedness
     to adopt new pedagogical methods as per NEP 2020,
     54.90% stated that teachers were Well-Prepared, 21.57%
     said Very Well-Prepared, another 21.57% considered
     them Moderately Prepared, and 1.96% reported them as
     Slightly Prepared. This reflects a generally high level of
     readiness among teachers, though further efforts could
     enhance preparedness comprehensively (Figure 24).
